Fender Player Stratocaster Overview This Mexican made Stratocaster is finished in Aged Cherry Burst over a Plus Top. Fender have confirmed that the guitar was made in May 2022. Weighing in at: 8lb 1.6oz or 3.674kg. The Player Series replaced the Standard Series in 2018 and has since been replaced by the Player II series in 2024. Condition The guitar itself is in very good to excellent condition, there are some lights strumming marks on the pickguard and some very minor swirls etc from playing on the body. There is one very small ding to the top edge of the guitar. Please check the photos for further info. The neck is in excellent condition with very minimal playing wear and the frets show little signs of being played. If you are looking for a very clean example of a Player Strat then this is probably the closest you will find at this price point.
