Fender Noventa Telecaster Overview This Mexican made Fender Noventa Telecaster is finished in 2 Colour Sunburst. Fender confirm that the guitar was made in July 2021. The guitar weighs in at: 7lb 10.8oz or 3.482kg. The word Noventa means 90 (Ninety) in Spanish. The Fender Noventa Series was introduced in 2021 and was discontinued in 2023. The series also featured a Stratocaster with two p90’s and a Jazzmaster with three P90’s. Condition The guitar itself is in very good to excellent condition, there are one or two very light surface scratches to the body and pickguard. There are no huge dings or chunks out of the body or neck. If you are looking for a mint guitar then this is probably the closest you will find at this price point. The frets themselves are in excellent shape with hardly any playing wear at all. The guitar has been fully cleaned, the frets have been polished and a new set to D'Addario EXL110BT (.010-.046) strings installed. The guitar does have a couple of upgrades. The original Fender Vintage Style tuners have upgraded to Gotoh vintage Kluson style SD91-05M-NI-L tuners and the bridge saddles have been upgraded to Gotoh InTune slotted brass saddles. The string tree on the headstock has also been upgraded to a roller type.
