refund & listing policy
We take great care and make every effort to ensure each guitar is described accurately, supported by pictures to help you get a thorough understanding of all guitars and their condition.
All items included within the sale (e.g. cases, certificates, paperwork, tremolo arms, case candy) will be detailed in the description or photos if they are included within the sale. We are able to accept a return if the guitar is damaged in transit and we are notified within 48hrs of delivery. In these instances, the guitar should be returned within 7 days via a tracked service (fully protected using the same packaging it was received in). Return postage / shipping / insurance costs are the responsibility of the buyer. It is the buyers responsibility to return guitars safely. Charges may be applied to compensate any further damage occurring from return transit. A guitar can be returned for other reasons if agreed by the seller (us) if the guitar is received within 7 days of original purchase date and in identical condition. Return postage / shipping / insurance costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Our contract with you is to ship a guitar to the address specified at the time of ordering. Any subsequently shipping to another address is out with of our contract with you. Orders that are shipped to a forwarding address or location and then forwarded to you at another location cannot be returned or refunded if they are subsequently found to be damaged or defective in anyway.
