All our guitars are sent via tracked delivery and packaged securely using an appropriate box and materials. Our preferred couriers are currently DPD and Parcelforce we hare happy to quote you if you have a personal preferred courier (this may incur an extra charge payable by the buyer in advance). All guitars are fully insured.
All orders for guitars are sent Next Working Day (excluding Bank Holidays) delivery unless stated otherwise. Saturday delivery may also be available with DPD. Tracking numbers will be sent to you so you can track the progress of your order. Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use within 7 days of receipt. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs. International shipping may be subject to import duties or other taxes / tariffs. Please be aware that these fees and any other additional charges (courier fees, import duties or taxes / tariffs etc) incurred from International shipments are the responsibility of you the buyer and are not included in the sale price. Please note the following condition regarding shipping to EU member countries and the USA. Europe - From 13th December 2024 sales and shipping into the EU & Northern Ireland is by new GPSR Regulations introduced on this date. Any guitars shipped without GPSR compliance are at the buyers risk. If you purchase items from Ragdoll Guitars you are agreeing to this risk and to pay any Custom charges including imports duties, local taxes and tariffs etc in addition to the sale and shipping cost. USA - From 29th August 2025 Customs charges including imports duties, local taxes and tariffs etc following the withdrawl of the "de minimis" waiver for packages entering the USA with a value under $800 are the responsibility of the Buyer. If you purchase items from Ragdoll Guitars you are agreeing to pay these fees in addition to the sale and shipping cost. International shipments declared values will not be under stated. We try to dispatch all orders within 3 business days. Please note we do not usually ship on a Friday as we would prefer that your guitar is not sitting in a Courier's Depot or warehouse etc over the weekend. If you wish for your guitar to be shipped on a Friday please let us know. Please allow 7-14 days on international orders in case of Customs Processing.
