All our guitars are sent via tracked delivery and packaged securely using an appropriate box and materials. Our preferred courier is Parcelforce but we hare happy to quote you if you have a personal preferred courier (this may incur an extra charge payable by the buyer in advance). All guitars are fully insured.
All orders for guitars are sent Next Working Day (excluding Bank Holidays) delivery unless stated otherwise. Tracking numbers will be sent to you so you can track the progress of your order. Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use within 7 days of receipt. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs. International shipping may be subject to import duties or other taxes. Please be aware that these fees and any other additional charges (courier fees, import duties or taxes etc) incurred from International shipments are the responsibility of you the buyer and are not included in the sale price. Due to recent changes in EU regulations regarding Product Safety, shipments into the EU and Northern Ireland are increasingly difficult please contact us for further details. International shipments declared values will not be under stated. International orders cannot be returned. We try to dispatch all orders within 3 business days. Please note we do not usually ship on a Friday as we would prefer that your guitar is not sitting in a Courier's Depot or warehouse etc over the weekend. If you wish for your guitar to be shipped on a Friday or if you wish to pay for a Saturday delivery (at extra cost) please let us know.
