Thank you for your interest in our guitars.
To purchase a guitar you can choose one of the following options: 1) Contact us to discuss the availability of the guitar you are interested in and to confirm the price plus shipping & insurance. 2) If you really have your heart set on a particular guitar we will consider taking a deposit to reserve the guitar for a maximum of 7 days. The deposit is 5% of the total cost of the guitar excluding shipping and insurance. The deposit is NON REFUNDABLE so please think carefully. 3) Use the Add to Cart button and proceed with your checkout (this is powered by Shopify to offer you a secure platform to make your purchase). 4) Get in touch and we will send you a Paypal POS (formerly Zettle) payment link so you can pay via credit card. (This is a secure platform to make your purchase. 5) If you prefer you can visit our Reverb shop (Ragdoll Guitars). Please note that the Reverb Shop may have higher price(s) than listed on this website and may / may not include shipping costs. 6) If you live locally to our location (L31) you can arrange to collect the guitar yourself and pay cash (please note the price agreed will not be changed on collection) or you can pay via credit card using the Paypal POS (formerly Zettle) payment platform. 7) If you wish to pay via Bank Transfer then please contact us for our banking details. Each sales page shows the cost of each item if paid by this method. Whichever way you decide to purchase the guitar please be rest assured that you will receive excellent service and we would like you draw your attention to our feedback page to reassure you. Reverb Feedback Guitars are usually shipped out the next working day Monday to Thursday. Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will usually be shipped the next working day usually the Monday. Orders placed on a Bank Holiday Monday will be shipped out the next working day usually the Tuesday. Please allow 3 days for dispatch. Guitars maybe shipped out on a Friday for Saturday delivery if you are happy for the guitar to site over the weekend at the Couriers depot. Guitars are sent via next day courier which is usually DPD or Parcelforce but if you prefer a specific courier please let us know. Tracking numbers are forwarded to you where possible. We will arrange insurance to cover the guitar in full. The Guitars are sold AS DESCRIBED based on the description and the photographs.
